playing catch up!

Last weekend was an amazing weekend we had with all the kids! We went to the Boise Temple open house, and it just took our breaths away! SOOO beautiful! And a memory we can all share together :)

We also ended up making a trip to the pumpkin patch :) it got a bit chilly but the kids enjoyed themselves. To top off our evening we watched a movie all in all last weekend was one for the books or should I say a not miss blogging type of weekend. That is why I'm playing catch up today!

high five for friday

1. My best friend just got into photography about 3 months ago and is taking off like cray cray... I don't see how it wouldn't, she definitely has the eye for it! Hubs and I had a lil shoot with her this week and I'm in love with them! LAKEN FULTON PHOTOGRAPHY. check her out. she has a facebook page go "like" her page.
2. Jaymon, Hubs, and I had a shopping trip and it was actually really FUN! It must be that cutie sitting in the cart!
3. Rain happend this week, was some good storms and Jaymon was very interested.
4. Jaymon loves helping mom in the kitchen. If you call getting into EVERYTHING helping :)
5. Ashton (the arrow) had a halloween party at our house friday night, and it was a blast, I mean wait I wasn't really involved but I helped plan. Did Ashton and her friend Addys hair and makeup. So I had a blast doing that!!!!! :)

Overall a pretty impressive week I must say. Enjoyed every minute!

Jaymon 9 month update

One Eyed monster he will be for Halloween!

This lil man had his apt the other day and he is 20lbs and 28inches long, he is growing so fast and so healthy! 

likes - avocado, mac and cheese, loves to attach with his mouth (kisses), bath time

dislikes -  nap time, as of lately car seat (depends if he is tired or not)

Sooo for those moms out there that get a baby that sleeps threw the night in the first few weeks I strongly dislike you ;) but this month I'm starting to understand how amazing it is to have at least 6 hrs of un interrupted sleep! For the first time ever Jaymon Joe is sleeping threw the night! It took 9 whole months, don't know how I did it! But we did! I say we cause husband did help once in a blue moon with him.

Another exciting thing that has happened this month is he loves drinking out of a straw! And still has no teethers! Maybe 10 months he'll get his first tooth.

high five for friday

Friday again went by to fast for me to post my H54F :) but Saturday works right ! 

1. Jaymon and I had Jaymons BFF over for a couple hours this week and boy did they have fun. And they both ended up taking a nap in my lap! Loved it, but glad I dont have twins ;)

2. Jaymon had his 9 month apt. Ill be posting more in his 9 month post!

3. Favorite candle smell ever, been through a big one of these already.

4. Jaymon Joe will be a one eyed monster for Halloween! YAY. I am one excited mom.

5. John and I had dentist apt. on thursday and Jaymon was soooo good while I got my cleaning he just sat in my lap. Once I was done we went out to the waiting room and waited for dad to be done. 

It was another great week. Happy Weekend everyone!

Weekend with the kids

We truly love having our weekends with all of the kiddos! For those of you who don't know, the husbands 4 kiddos my step children are at our home every other weekend during school and summers we get ever other week! So we enjoy every moment of those weekends we have them all together!!! This weekend was spent making our home more warm and fall like!!! The kids colored some Halloween pictures that I ever so greatly display on our fridge! A haunted house was made, caramel apples were made and gobbled up, and the fall scented candle was lite all weekend long! It was also conference weekend for us LDS peeps! And the kids aren't super fans of sitting still for two hours at a time, but I tried to make it a fun and enjoying experience while they listened. We had candy and words for them to listen for when they heard the ran up and grabbed the candy!!!!

 I'm loving that we have a tradition now in the family, this is our second year of doing caramel apples together and I hope we keep the tradition going! These next couple months leading up to Christmas I hope to do more baking and making with the kiddos. 

Happy Thursday, sorry this is so late. My hands have been full with mister Jaymon not napping as much lately!

high five for friday.

I know its saturday, but I just couldn't miss another one! I miss last weeks on account of being out of town and friday kids were out of school and we pretty much just played all day with them! So I'm ok with posting it today.

1. flying home from our amazing weekend in Charlotte.
2. the feeling of being home and seeing this lil man was just the BEST!
3. birthday was tuesday I turned half a century whoop whoop ! Catching up to the husband ;)
4. lunch with most of the beautiful woman in my family, we even hit up marshals afterwards, was a great afternoon.
5. two pictures for 5 :) walks are my favorite as are naps! Same day pictures just diff outfits for jaymon cause well he likes to eat and get everything all over him!

Charlotte NC

The Husband and I had the opportunity to travel to Charlotte NC over the weekend, for our quarterly international. So, in other words we went for a working weekend, met some amazing people, ate some incredible food and never slept!
We left the baby behind with his grandparents and aunts and uncles. He of course had a blast and they kept me in the loop of things! I am so grateful for them.
ACN is our business and we could not be more blessed to have this company in our lives. We know that it will change our life for the better, by going through personal growth and making the money we need to support our family and the life style we want!
